01 — Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

How Vireon handles information when you use the app.

Vireon is a Web3 application operating on Robinhood Chain. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be handled when you interact with Vireon, and how that information may be used.

1. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use Vireon, we may process information such as:

  • Wallet address — the public address of the wallet you connect.
  • Blockchain transaction information — data related to transactions you submit through Vireon.
  • Information you voluntarily provide — such as token details you enter when launching.
  • Information related to your use of the website — such as pages viewed and general interaction with the interface.
  • Technical information necessary to operate and secure the service.

We do not collect personal information beyond what is described in this Policy or reasonably necessary to operate Vireon.

2. Wallet Information

Connecting a wallet to Vireon may make your wallet's public blockchain address visible to Vireon. Wallet addresses are public blockchain information, and transactions submitted through your wallet are publicly recorded on-chain regardless of your use of Vireon.

3. Social Accounts

Vireon may offer optional social-account integrations. Where such integrations exist, information from them is processed only if and when you choose to connect or use that integration. Connecting a social account is optional and is not required to use Vireon's core features.

4. Blockchain Data

Transactions submitted through Vireon are recorded on a public blockchain and may be permanently visible to anyone. Vireon does not control the underlying blockchain and cannot alter, hide, or remove data once it has been recorded on-chain.

5. How Information Is Used

Information we process may be used to:

  • Operate Vireon
  • Provide the features you request
  • Process transactions
  • Maintain the security of the service
  • Prevent abuse and fraudulent activity
  • Improve Vireon over time
  • Communicate important service information

6. Third-Party Services

Vireon may interact with third-party infrastructure required to operate the application, including blockchain networks, APIs, wallet providers, exchanges, and analytics or infrastructure providers. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information handled by Vireon. However, no method of transmission, storage, or blockchain interaction can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Data Retention

How long information is retained depends on the type of information and applicable operational or legal requirements. Blockchain records cannot be deleted or modified by Vireon once they have been recorded on-chain.

9. User Rights

You may contact us regarding applicable privacy-related requests. We will respond as appropriate based on the nature of the request and applicable requirements. This Policy does not make jurisdiction-specific legal guarantees.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of Vireon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

11. Contact

Contact information will be provided through Vireon's official communication channels.

02 — Terms of Use

Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use Vireon.

By accessing or using Vireon, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use Vireon.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Vireon, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable rules referenced within them.

2. Description of the Service

Vireon provides a Web3 interface for features including token discovery, token launching, interaction with supported blockchain infrastructure, trading-related interfaces, staking, and Fee Back campaigns, along with other features that may be introduced over time. Vireon is a creator-facing launch interface — it does not operate as an independent exchange and does not operate O1 Exchange.

3. Wallets and Transactions

You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, transaction confirmations, and any assets held in your wallet. Vireon cannot recover lost private keys or reverse blockchain transactions once submitted.

4. Token Launches

You are responsible for the information and materials associated with any token you launch through Vireon. You must not use Vireon for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities of any kind.

5. Staking

Staking features may involve smart contracts and blockchain transactions. You should understand the risks associated with blockchain assets and smart contracts before participating. Vireon does not guarantee any rewards, returns, or profits from staking.

6. Fee Back

Fee Back is a campaign/reward feature subject to its applicable rules and availability. Under the current campaign mechanics:

  • 2 USDC per eligible wallet
  • 100 FCFS rewards per day
  • 1 wallet = 1 reward
  • Daily reset at 00:00 UTC

Eligibility is subject to the applicable Vireon campaign requirements. Connecting a social account such as X is not a mandatory requirement under these Terms.

7. Risks

Using Vireon involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Smart contract risk
  • Blockchain network risk
  • Market and token price volatility
  • Liquidity risk
  • Transaction failure or network congestion
  • Third-party infrastructure risk
  • Regulatory or legal uncertainty

Vireon does not guarantee that you will make a profit from using the service.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use Vireon for fraud, illegal activities, exploitation of vulnerabilities, unauthorized access, abuse of the service, malicious activity, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

9. Third-Party Services

Vireon may integrate with third-party services and infrastructure required to operate the application. Vireon is not responsible for the independent operation of these third-party services and does not claim ownership or control over any third-party platform.

10. No Financial Advice

Vireon does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions when using Vireon and should obtain professional advice where appropriate.

11. Disclaimers

Vireon is provided on an "as available" basis. Blockchain interactions involve inherent risks that are outside of Vireon's control, and no warranty is made regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, Vireon and its contributors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This section does not reference a specific jurisdiction, company registration, legal entity, or governing law, as these are not defined elsewhere for Vireon.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of Vireon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Contact

Contact information will be provided through Vireon's official communication channels.
